These terms apply to services provided by GraftMate.

1) Provider

2) Services
We provide lead-generation websites and follow-up systems for UK trades. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing.
3) Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details, service areas, and contact info.
- Provide access needed to deploy (domain/DNS/hosting) where applicable.
- Respond to approval requests promptly to avoid delays.
4) Fees & billing
Fees are as agreed. Subscription items are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may pause services until resolved.
5) Cancellation
Subscriptions are typically rolling monthly unless a minimum term is agreed. To cancel, email info@graftmate.co.uk.
6) No guaranteed results
We don’t guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Outcomes depend on competition, seasonality, customer response time, and other factors.
7) Liability
We’re not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months, except where the law requires otherwise.
